Certification does not constitute a license to practice coaching, therapy, or any regulated profession, and it remains each practitioner's responsibility to comply with the licensing, credentialing, and scope-of-practice requirements of their own profession and jurisdiction.
7. No Guarantee of Outcomes
While we are committed to providing high-quality training, we do not guarantee specific professional, financial, or client outcomes as a result of completing our programs.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Self-Compassion Coaching Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website, participation in our programs, or application of the training you receive with your own clients.
